Sustainability Data & Reporting Student Assistant

In this student assistant position within Sustainability Data & Reporting, the selected candidate will become part of Grundfos’ Group Sustainability—an international team of passionate sustainability experts driving strategy and programs both within Grundfos and across its broader business ecosystem.

Feladatok:

• Support in handling of data related to reporting frameworks and ratings (EcoVadis, CDP, UN Global Compact, Integrity Next)
• Support in activities preparing for CSRD readiness and the Sustainability Statement for Grundfos’ Annual Report in their ESG data management system
• Support the collection of input from subject matter experts and consolidate information for Grundfos’ Sustainability Policy
• Support Grundfos’ sustainability-related customer FAQ.
• Support and desk research for ongoing ESG trends and policy monitoring

Elvárások:

• Ongoing master’s studies and active or passive Hungarian student status possibly within environmental, business administration, international relations, communications, or urban studies
• Intermediate MS Office knowledge
• Interest in sustainability-related topics and knowledge of different reporting frameworks
• You are an organised and structured person with project management skills and ideally a talent for using digital and AI tools for smart and efficient working
• You show initiative, work proactively and independently on new assignments, as this will help you make the most of your time with Grundfos
• You have flair or interest in visualising information in graphics, charts, and slides
• Have an international outlook, speaking and writing English fluently

Munkaidő:

• Availability to work at around 15-20 hours per week
