Supply Chain Intern

Feladatok:

• Manage and follow up on orders for small customer accounts
• Perform manual allocations in SAP and maintain allocation tracking files
• Monitor product allocation status and provide feedback as needed
• Prioritize orders and support delivery execution based on business requests
• Update and follow up on intercompany files
• Track stock availability and proactively inform internal stakeholders
• Handle and cross-check general inquiries from Sales and Marketing teams
• Prepare ad-hoc reports upon request from the line manager
• Support kitting activities, including follow-up and execution
• Manage VPRR order portfolio in SAP and related offline tracking files
• Support other Supply Chain Management team members with routine tasks when required

Elvárások:

• Ongoing studies and active or passive student status
• Minimum of 2 years completed at university
• Advanced MS Excel knowledge (e.g. VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and intermediate formulas)

Munkaidő:

• Minimum 25 hours per week
• Long-term opportunity
