- Leitung der elektrischen Montageprojekte weltweit – von der Baustellenvorbereitung bis zur Inbetriebnahme
- Koordination externer Montageteams, Sicherstellung der Qualität und Arbeitssicherheit sowie Überwachung des Baustellenfortschritts
- Regelmäßige Abstimmung mit Projektleitung, Bauleitung und Kunden – z. B. wenn Regiearbeiten anfallen oder Änderungen notwendig sind
- Bei kleineren Projekten packst du selbst mit an
- Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung im Bereich Elektrotechnik, Elektroinstallationstechnik o. Ä. (Lehre, Fachschule oder HTL)
- Führungserfahrung in der elektrischen Montage (im Anlagenbau, Aufzugsbau oder einem ähnlichen Umfeld)
- Hohe Reisebereitschaft für weltweite Einsätze und Freude am Arbeiten mit internationalen Teams
- Sehr gute Englisch- oder Deutschkenntnisse; weitere Sprachen sind ein Plus
