Our partner seeks a Strategic Buyer to ensure efficient and consistent purchasing processes for our Global Key Accounts sites. The Strategic Buyer will support the growth of the business by developing long-term synergies in the Purchasing function. As the successful Strategic Buyer, you will lead the buying plan for products and services and will have extensive experience within procurement processes; building
strong supplier and stakeholder relationships to maximise value by identifying and implementing cost opportunities and process efficiencies across the business streams.

- Define objectives and detailed plans for projects in the respective area
- Manage sourcing and supplier selection activities
- Negotiate clear, robust and favorable terms and conditions
- Conduct supplier audits to ensure supplier assurance in line with internal ISS guidelines
- Manage corrective action plan with suppliers to resolve escalated issues or look for alternative suppliers when necessary
- Supplier contract management
- Development of a supplier base necessary for projects
- Development of a procurement strategy
- Definition, documentation, implementation, and control of procurement processes
- Selection of strategic partners
- Building a supplier base necessary for projects
- Managerial responsibility - buyer assistants

Elvárások / Requirements

- Minimum 5 years of experience in a Buyer role

- Strong negotiations skills
- Knowledge of relevant regulations, standards and procedures
- Service and customer-oriented, with a commercial mindset

- Excellent interpersonal skills
