Spanish-speaking Order Management Representative

Are you fluent in Spanish and English, and experienced in customer service or order management? We’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented professional to join our multinational partner in Budapest!
What you’ll do

• Manage B2B customer orders from entry to invoicing
• Handle large, complex industrial orders with accuracy and care
• Maintain and update customer and order data in CRM systems
• Build strong relationships with long-term clients
• Support the sales team by onboarding new clients and providing product/service information

What we’re looking for

• Fluent Spanish (native or near native) and strong English (min. C1 level)
• Previous experience in customer service or order management is essential
• A mature, independent mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
• Professional communication skills and business acumen
