Im Projektalltag bist du als technischer Experte für die Softwaresuite Odoo Teil wechselnder Projektteams und betreust in der Regel 2–3 Kundenprojekte parallel – für deutschsprachige Unternehmen in Europa aus unterschiedlichsten Branchen. Du entwickelst und passt Module der Open-Source-ERP-Software Odoo maßgeschneidert an
Du übernimmst das Anforderungsmanagement und die Umsetzung in enger Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Consultants
Du gestaltest Lösungen mit starkem Fokus auf Datenmodellierung und Prozessabbildung (z. B. „Wie muss die Datenstruktur aussehen?“)
Du entwickelst KI-unterstützt mit Python (Schwerpunkt), JavaScript, PostgreSQL, Linux, Docker
Je nach Vorerfahrung übernimmst du auch Aufwandsschätzungen und erstellst technische Designs
Du bist punktuell Ansprechperson für technische Rückfragen (vereinzelt direkt mit Kunden)

Du entwickelst nicht nur technisch, sondern auch dich fachlich weiter, entweder in der Rolle, Richtung Spezialisierung (z. B. Lager, Buchhaltung, Architektur), Projektlead, Teamlead oder Consulting

Berufserfahrung von mind. 2 Jahren in der Softwareentwicklung & Datenmodellierung - auf deiner Praxiserfahrung liegt der Fokus
