Feladatok / Tasks

  • Politely, quickly, and efficiently handling incoming calls;

  • Calling back clients when necessary, based on information provided by the technical team;

  • Identifying client needs and problems and offering solutions;

  • Doing everything you can to resolve unique cases as quickly as possible;

  • Providing information to clients in line with regulations, using the available knowledge base;

  • Keeping your knowledge up to date about our partner’s product, informing clients about its hardware and software features, answering their questions;

  • Checking, updating, and documenting support tickets;

  • Actively participating in team meetings.

Requirements: 
  • Are fluent in Slovenian and speak English;

  • Communicate well and professionally with clients;

  • Have experience using various IT systems, including Google applications;

  • Have previous experience in customer support and want to continue your career in this field;

  • Are open to learn new technical knowledge;

  • Are willing and able to work in shifts, as our customer support operates 24/7.
