Politely, quickly, and efficiently handling incoming calls;

Calling back clients when necessary, based on information provided by the technical team;

Identifying client needs and problems and offering solutions;

Doing everything you can to resolve unique cases as quickly as possible;

Providing information to clients in line with regulations, using the available knowledge base;

Keeping your knowledge up to date about our partner’s product, informing clients about its hardware and software features, answering their questions;

Checking, updating, and documenting support tickets;

Actively participating in team meetings.
