Shipping Coordinator

Your new company 

A well-established international manufacturer with a strong presence in Hungary is seeking a Shipping Specialist to join its dynamic sales and logistics team. The company operates both retail and dealer networks and is expanding its operations across Central and Eastern Europe. The role is based in Budapest and Gyöngyös, offering a flexible and supportive work environment. 

Your new role 

As a Shipping Specialist, you will be responsible for coordinating outbound shipments, preparing documentation, and ensuring timely deliveries to retail stores and dealer partners. You’ll work closely with internal teams and external logistics providers, using SAP and Microsoft Office tools to manage inventory and shipping workflows. Occasional travel between Budapest and Gyöngyös is expected, with company transport provided. 

What you'll need to succeed 

You should have at least 2 years of experience in shipping or logistics, preferably in retail or distribution. Proficiency in SAP and Excel is essential, along with strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Fluency in English and Hungarian is required. Prior experience in the bicycle industry is a plus.
