Senior Training and Quality Assurance Specialist

Our partner in Debrecen is looking for their new colleague as an experienced Training and Quality Assuramce Specialist, who will support their Customer Support teams!



Feladatok / Tasks

  • Manage and update training materials for both company and clients

  • Conduct training sessions for new hires and existing team members, designing structured training plans

  • Assess customer interactions (calls, emails, chats) and provide constructive feedback

  • Perform quality assurance checks and analyze performance trends

  • Identify development opportunities and implement training programs

  • Collaborate closely with teams to enhance overall service quality

Requirements: 
  • Previous experience in BPO, Customer Service or Technical Support

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Quality Assurance (QA)

  • Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)

  • Strong presentation and training abilities

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems

  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills

  • Flexibility and adaptability
