Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

A Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist position opened at our multinational client's Budapest office. They have become a European IT security innovator, specialising in advanced monitoring techniques. The position suits a proactive recruitment professional who thrives in a fast‑paced, target-driven corporate environment and enjoys working with senior stakeholders in a growing, technology-focused organisation.
As a Talent Acquisition Advisor, you will:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for assigned roles
• Partner with Hiring Managers to understand needs and provide hiring guidance
• Source, screen, and interview candidates
• Build and maintain talent pipelines through direct sourcing
• Coordinate interviews and manage the offer process
• Support onboarding activities and candidate engagement
• Ensure recruitment compliance, system updates, and background checks
• Collaborate with agencies, Employer Branding, and internal stakeholders
• Support project-based hiring and internal mobility initiatives

What you will need to succeed:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Economics, or a related field
• 5+ years of recruitment experience, including IT/tech roles
• In-house recruitment experience at a multinational company
• Strong knowledge of the Hungarian recruitment market
• Confident stakeholder management, including senior leaders
• Fluent English with strong communication skills
• High attention to detail, data accuracy, and discretion
• Ability to multitask, prioritise, and work independently
