Senior Talent Acquisition Partner

  • Take ownership of the entire hiring lifecycle, ensuring smooth progress from talent identification all the way to onboarding
  • Regularly prepare and present recruitment metrics, market insights, and hiring trends to keep stakeholders well‑informed and aligned
  • Create innovative, forward‑looking sourcing approaches designed to attract highly specialized professionals
  • Work in close partnership with hiring leaders to understand their team goals and provide strategic recruitment support
  • Cultivate a pipeline of strong candidates by staying active in relevant networks and maintaining long-term relationships
  • Evaluate applicants thoroughly and offer clear, data‑driven recommendations to decision-makers
  • Apply advanced talent-scouting techniques to connect with passive candidates across multiple channels, including social networks, referrals, and industry communities
  • Build and maintain collaborative relationships with universities, colleges, and technical programs to support future talent initiatives
  • Represent the company at career and job events in cooperation with COE teams, including travel as needed
  • Ensure that every candidate receives a respectful, transparent, and engaging experience throughout the process
  • Keep up to date with evolving recruitment practices and labor market trends to refine and elevate hiring strategies

Elvárások / Requirements

  • Bachelor’s egree in HR, Business, or a comparable discipline
  • At least 5 years of hands‑on recruiting experience, demonstrating success in filling hard‑to‑find or highly specialized positions
  • Strong command of applicant tracking systems
  • Proven ability to collaborate with multiple senior stakeholders and support them in hiring mission‑critical talent
  • Comfortable managing a substantial workload while maintaining accuracy and a high standard of work
  • Skilled in guiding and influencing both candidates and internal partners throughout the recruitment journey
  • Solid background in running complete hiring cycles, from initial sourcing to final offer
  • Deep familiarity with modern sourcing techniques and methods for identifying top talent
  • Experience working within industrial or advanced manufacturing environments
  • Confident English communication skills across reading, writing, and speaking
  • Strong interpersonal and communication capabilities
  • Willingness to work on site
