Your New Position
Supporting the project management team in a modernisation project
Teaching Agile theory, practices, rules, and values
Optimising collaboration between internal and external teams to maximize value creation
Ensuring the integrity of the Agile method and compliance with processes
Coaching the Product Owner in effective backlog management, product planning, and value optimization
Guiding the team toward self‑organization, collaboration, and removing impediments
Assisting project leaders with planning, estimation, risk assessment, and task tracking
Organising and documenting regular project meetings
What You Need to Succeed
Minimum 6 years of Scrum Master experience
Agile methodology certification (e.g., CSPO, CSM, SAFe or equivalent)
Proven experience coaching hybrid and Agile IT teams
Ability to partially take over sub‑project management responsibilities
Background in testing‑related projects
Practical experience with Jira and Confluence
Advanced (C1) German language proficiency
Business proficiency in English
