Our partner is a globally recognized, Fortune 500 multinational chemical and materials science enterprise. Their Budapest Business Services Center plays a strategic role in supporting global IT operations. We are looking for an experienced, process-oriented professional for a 2-year fixed-term contract (maternity cover) via workforce leasing or contracting.

Define and execute the global IT Risk, Governance & Compliance strategy and operational frameworks.

Introduce and operationalize an enterprise AI Governance framework aligned with the EU AI Act and ISO 42001 standards.

Oversee compliance with international cybersecurity frameworks (ISO 27001, NIS2, TISAX, NIST CSF) and manage policy lifecycles.

Coordinate internal and external audits, serving as the key contact for the upcoming Hungarian local audit in early 2027.

Supervise and direct the outsourced vendor team providing operational GRC support.

Conduct IT risk assessments, articulate risk statements, and track remediation execution.

Coordinate Third-Party Risk Management processes and perform vendor security reviews and architecture assessments.

Develop GRC metrics, KPIs, and KRIs, providing executive reporting for global IT leadership via enterprise GRC tools.
Elvárások / Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related field.

8+ years of broad IT experience, with at least 3–4 years dedicated strictly to IT GRC, IT Audit, or Risk Management.

Deep proficiency in relevant frameworks and regulations (ISO 27001, NIS2, TISAX, GDPR, EU AI Act).

Proven experience overseeing managed services partners and third-party vendors (Vendor Management).

Business fluent English AND fluent Hungarian communication skills (both are mandatory).

Strong analytical, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have: Professional certifications (CISM, CRISC, CISSP, CISA) and ITIL framework knowledge.
