Senior Hr Generalist

  • Coordinating end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
  • Identify training needs and coordinate programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Oversee performance management systems to evaluate employee performance
  • Preparing documents for monthly payroll closing, control and monitor payroll related payments for employees
  • Managing employee relations on daily basis, facilitating conflict resolution, and promoting effective communication.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations regarding employment practices.

Elvárások / Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 3-5 years experience in HR roles, preferably in a multinational company
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices and labor legislation in Hungary
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
