Senior Android Developer

Design and build applications for the Android platform
Contribute to a range of development activities, primarily focused on bug fixing
Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications
Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs
Collaborate with a team to define, design, and ship new features
Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation
Bring new ideas and innovation to the team

Elvárások / Requirements

Minimum 2 years of professional experience in Android mobile application development
Proficient in Kotlin (Java knowledge is a plus)
Strong understanding of mobile platform design patterns (e.g., MVVM, MVI)
Experience with databases such as SQLite, Realm, or Room
Familiar with modern Android architectures (e.g., Jetpack components, Clean Architecture)
Experience integrating Web Services (REST, JSON, etc.)
Proficiency with popular libraries like Retrofit, Glide, etc.
Understanding of asynchronous and concurrent programming (e.g., Kotlin Coroutines)
Active participation in agile processes (sprint planning, story grooming, technical discussions)
Strong ability to refactor code and maintain a clean codebase
Proficient with Git (branching strategies, merging, rebasing)
Experience with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, CircleCI, GitHub Actions)
Familiarity with unit testing frameworks (JUnit, Mockito, MockK) and UI testing (Espresso)
Fluent in Hungarian and English
