We are looking for an experienced professional to support quality assurance processes related to the manufacturing of electronic products and systems in a modern production environment.

Feladatok

• Supporting and improving manufacturing-related quality processes

• Interpreting, monitoring, and integrating customer quality requirements into daily operations

• Investigating complaints, deviations, and non-conformities, and initiating corrective actions

• Preparing quality reports, analyses, and action plans

• Supporting audit preparation and participating in internal and customer audits

• Monitoring production data, defect statistics, and quality KPIs

• Taking an active role in continuous improvement projects

• Applying quality tools, methodologies, and standards in practice

• Supporting and mentoring junior colleagues

• Collaborating closely with production, engineering, logistics, and customer-facing teams

Elvárások

• Degree in Engineering or a related technical field

• Minimum 4–5 years of quality assurance experience in a manufacturing environment

• Confident English communication skills, both written and spoken

• Analytical mindset and strong problem-solving skills

• Independent and responsible way of working

• Strong communication skills and confident presence
