Scrum Master

We are looking for a Medior/senior Scrum Master with comprehensive agile (and waterfall) experience in a hybrid organization and methodology environment undergoing transformation.

Feladatok

• Classic scrum master tasks (providing ceremonies, cooperation with PO, team, knowledge of sprint status, removal of impediments, etc.)

• Empowering selforganisation within the teams, in order to comply their goals and commitments and to increase their performance

• Representing and spreading the values and principles of the applied agile methodology

• Active communication with the stakeholders

• Recognizing, communicating and implementing the Organization's agile adaptation efforts and escalating if necessary

• Active participation in Community of Parctice (CoP) events to promote and enhance harmonization and improvement

• Exemplary adherence to processes

• Defining metrics representing performance of the harmonized team (tasks, goals, results) and keeping them up-to-date, defining Key Performance Indicators (KPI), communicating and analyzing Key Objectives (KO)

• Finding solutions to increase performance and developing work methods

• Participation in active medical device development is a plus

• Knowledge of the standards applicable to the field is a plus

• Higher education (preferably in the IT or technical field) is a plus

Elvárások

• 5 years of experience in the Scrum methodology in a development environment (advantage in transformation)

• Good command of English (both written and verbal), Hungarian and/or German is a plus

• User-level computer skills

• Knowledge of agile methodologies

• Knowledge of Waterfall methodology

• Good communication and organizational skills, assertive, open approach

• Accuracy, precision, problem-solving skills
