Your future tasks will be…
As a future member of the global team, you will join a constantly evolving department. As a System Owner, you will be part of the Technology Sourcing Innovation team, which drives global process and system transformation initiatives. TSI leads the standardization of processes, optimizes the operating model, and ensures measurable business impact.
On a daily basis:• Design and deliver solutions aligned with the global system vision
• Define global usage standards and recommend system improvements
• Evaluate business performance impact during design and delivery
• Oversee development, testing, and release processes for key systems
• Act as subject matter expert and provide guidance during implementation
• Ensure system compliance with legislative requirements
You are the ideal candidate if…• You have in-depth knowledge of SAP S/4HANA
• You are fluent in English (German or French is an advantage)
• You have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role
• You can work independently and manage senior-level conflicts
• You have proven project management experience in cross-functional teams
• You thrive in a fast-paced environment
• You understand the broader IT market and its impact on sourcing
