Your new role

As an SAP Master Data Specialist, you will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and ensuring the quality of master data in SAP. Your work will directly support efficient business operations, data accuracy, and compliance across multiple business functions.
The position is a permanent, full-time role, based either in Budapest or Mór, with hybrid working options.Key responsibilities include:

• Creating and maintaining SAP master data (e.g. material master, business partner data, classifications, customs tariff codes)
• Managing new material setups in line with internal policies and regulatory requirements
• Ensuring data accuracy and completeness using approved templates and business rules
• Handling master data change requests with proper documentation and traceability
• Cooperating closely with Purchasing, Production, Logistics, Quality, Sales, and Finance
• Supporting data cleansing, validation, harmonization initiatives, audits, and data quality KPIs

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will bring:

• Experience in an SAP environment, ideally within master data management
• A structured, detail-oriented mindset with a strong focus on data quality
• Good communication and cooperation skills across different functions
• Confident English language skills in an international environment
• Post-secondary or university education
• User-level MS Office knowledge (especially Excel)
• High level of accuracy, flexibility, and organizational skills
• A proactive, open-minded attitude and willingness to work with repetitive, time-consuming tasks
