Feladatok:
- Support daily order management operations for customer accounts
- Process returns, credit notes and order adjustments in SAP
- Monitor stock availability and support communication with customers/dealers
- Handle ad-hoc operational requests from internal and external stakeholders
- Prepare reports and data analysis requested by the line manager
- Support the team with routine operational and administrative tasks
- Assist in process improvement and operational excellence initiatives
- Support claim handling and issue resolution processes
- Maintain accurate order and customer-related documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth order flow
Elvárások:
- Active or passive student status at least two year finished
- Advanced English knowledge
- Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Precision and focus when delivering tasks
- Experience in process improvement
- Strong willingness to learn and develop in operations/order management
- Detail-oriented, organized and proactive mindset
- Experience in extracurricular activities, student clubs, or volunteer projects is an advantage
Munkaidő:
- Flexible working hours on weekdays (between 9:00 - 17:00)
- Availability to work at least 25 hours per week
