Sales Representative – Professional Tabletop Coffee Machines

QUVend Zrt. has been importing and wholesaling used vending machines (coffee machines, snack machines) since 2017. Starting in 2024, we also distribute new machines under the OPROO brand.
Our customers are vending-machine operators across Eastern Europe.
Important: QUVend Zrt. operates strictly as a wholesaler – we do not operate or service machines.

We are looking for a Sales Representative to focus on selling professional fully automatic and semi-automatic tabletop coffee machines, both used and new from brands as Franke, WMF, Schaerer, Thermoplan, La Cimbali,  Wega, La Speziale, OPROO etc

Main Responsibilities

(Full-time position – 40 hours/week)

• Identify and approach new customers (via email, phone, and when needed in person), primarily in Eastern Europe (DE, PL, AT, CZ, SK, HU, HR, SI, RO, BG, UK)
• Ensure proper presentation of machines across printed and online platforms; coordinate related advertising activities
• Manage the full sales process: preparing offers, follow-up, monitoring shipments, invoicing, managing receivables, and ensuring customer satisfaction
• Organize any related services required by the customer

We Are Looking for You If You…

• Work independently and responsibly, and proactively solve problems
• Are goal-oriented and have a proven track record of achieving results
• Communicate confidently in English, both written and spoken

• + Minimum 2–3 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in selling machinery, equipment, HORECA products, or technical/industrial solutions.

• Experience with coffee machines is not required – genuine interest in the product and willingness to learn are what matter most.

• Coffee / vending industry experience or operator contacts are a strong advantage, but not required. Full product and market training provided.

• Are persistent, conscientious, eager to learn, and enjoy taking full ownership of your work
