a global player in the Engineering Services sector is seeking a strategic and energetic Sales Manager to accelerate growth in the automotive and related industries across Hungary. If you are ready to take charge of sales strategies, build lasting customer relationships, and drive new business opportunities, we want you on our client's team.

what You'll do:

  • create and execute local sales plans to ensure profitable and strategic growth 

  • develop, execute, and consistently refine a sales strategy based on customer trends and market potential 

  • proactively introduce the service portfolio to develop new customers in the automotive and similar B2B industries 

  • maintain and expand customer relationships to increase service and customer diversification 

  • build close relationships with key customers, working to overcome obstacles and offering tailored service solutions that meet specific needs 

  • develop individual service proposals and impactful presentations 

  • monitor all activities and progress diligently through Salesforce 

  • work closely and collaboratively with internal teams for seamless business development 

Elvárások / Requirements
who You are:

  • education & experience: You possess a College Degree and a minimum of 3 years of relevant B2B sales and business development experience, ideally within Engineering Services and Key Account Management

  • industry knowledge: You understand the automotive industry inside and out, ideally with experience working with international OEMs and suppliers

  • skills: You are a strategic thinker, an excellent communicator, and possess strong customer focus, enthusiasm, and commitment

  • software: proficient with MS Office is required; demonstrable experience with Salesforce is highly preferred

  • languages: You speak English and Hungarian fluently (a must-have)
