Our Partner is a siginificant player in food production with strong international background. Their sales team is looking for a new leader. 

● Develop and execute sales strategies in the food service

● Manage and expand relationships with current distributors and key end
customers.
● Identify and acquire new customers within the artisanal production sector.
● Organize and conduct sales trainings for internal and external sales teams.
● Oversee technological implementation projects at clients’ production sites.
● Recruit, lead, and develop the national sales team.
● Organize and represent the company at local and international trade fairs and industry events.
● Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, market analyses, and business plans.
● Develop and manage budgets, pricing strategies, and commercial agreements with distributors and key clients.
● Ensure achievement of commercial targets and KPIs.
● Report directly to the General Manager of the Hungarian branch

Elvárások / Requirements

● Several years of proven experience in the food production industry, preferably in the bakery market
● Strong commercial and strategic mindset with a track record of achieving
sales targets.
● Experience in managing customer accounts
● Leadership experience, including recruiting and developing sales teams.
● Excellent organizational and communication skills.
● Ability to coordinate cross-functional projects with international teams.
● Fluency in English and Hungarian
● Willingness to travel nationally and internationally as required.
