We are looking for a Regional Sales Executive  to join our Team, who will be responsible for the Hungarian, Croatian, Polish and Slovakian region.

Location: Flexible (Home Office Provided)Industry: FMCG Packaging (Glass Bottles & Containers)Travel: Extensive (Frequent travel across the region)Company Car: YesAbout the Role:We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to expand our presence in the FMCG sector, covering Hungary, Croatia, Poland, and Slovakia. This role is ideal for a hunter-type salesperson who thrives on acquiring new business while managing key accounts. You will be responsible for selling glass bottles and containers to major players in the food & beverage industry, including beer, wine, soft drinks and producers, or preserving industry.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, focusing on growth in the first few years.
  • Account Management: Maintain and develop relationships with existing clients, including major brands like Coca-Cola and Heineken.
  • Sales Strategy: Achieve growth target over the years by expanding the customer portfolio.
  • Client Engagement: Conduct regular meetings with clients and prospects across the region.
  • Proposal & Administration Support: Collaborate with the Central Office KAM unit and the Sales Department for proposal writing and administrative tasks.
  • Reporting: Report to the East European Region Sales Manager, who reports to the EU Group Sales Manager.
  • Industry Networking: Attend occasional meetings at Sisecam plants in neighboring countries and Istanbul.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Sales Experience: Proven track record in selling glass bottles, containers, or packaging solutions.
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience in the FMCG sector, particularly food and beverage packaging.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree preferred, but not mandatory.
  • Language Skills: Intermediate English required.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Work Style: Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable with extensive travel.
