Sales Assistant

Our partner Sales team is looking for someone with experience and commitment to support the company's further development.

Feladatok

• Processing incoming orders and serving as the main customer contact (pricing, quantities, deadlines, clarifications).

• Supporting new business acquisition and managing existing client relationships.

• Handling customer inquiries, change management, internal calculations, quotations, and customer portal updates.

• Using SAP to maintain price and master data, manage delivery schedules, prototypes, and initial sample orders, as well as receivables.

• Assisting in sales and revenue planning.

• Coordinating with other departments (procurement, production planning, quality, prototype construction, etc.).

• Preparing for and participating in internal and external meetings.

• Collecting and analyzing sales KPIs and generating monthly reports in collaboration with sales.

Elvárások

• Degree in commerce or marketing

• At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing company in the Automotive industry

• Proficiency in MS Office and SAP/SD

• Fluent English (spoken and written)
