Our client is a software engineering and IT consulting provider that specializes in online casino and sportsbook solutions. They are currently looking for a Rust Developer to join their team in Budapest.

• System Architecture: Architect, build, and scale high-performance distributed systems and microservices using Rust (Async, Tokio, Actix).

• Technical Leadership: Lead cross-functional engineering teams, drive architectural decisions, and provide mentorship to elevate code quality and engineering standards.

• API & Infrastructure: Design and implement secure, resilient APIs (gRPC/REST) and event-driven architectures utilizing message queues (Kafka, NATS).

• Blockchain Integration: Oversee the development of blockchain infrastructure, including consensus mechanisms and smart contracts (focusing on Solana, NEAR, or Substrate).

• Performance & Compliance: Deliver production-grade server-side components that meet stringent performance benchmarks and regulatory compliance requirements specific to the iGaming industry.

• DevOps & Strategy: Define technical strategy and manage cloud infrastructure using Kubernetes and Terraform within AWS/GCP environments.

Elvárások / Requirements

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience with a proven track record in backend architecture.

• Expert-level proficiency in Rust systems programming, including memory safety management and high concurrency patterns.

• Deep knowledge of Blockchain protocols (cryptoeconomics, decentralized systems) and experience with iGaming platforms.

• Hands-on experience with the Rust ecosystem (Tokio, Diesel, SQLx, Rocket, Protobuf) and databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis).

• Cloud & CI/CD: Strong background in containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes) and observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana).

• Methodologies: Commitment to Agile practices, TDD/BDD, and Domain-Driven Design (DDD).
