Retail AP Intern

Feladatok:

• Reviewing and processing a high volume of invoices accurately
• Performing daily invoice postings in line with the team's monthly business schedule
• Completing tasks based on weekly and monthly control reports
• Handling supplier and retail site queries promptly to ensure timely payments
• Following the tasks and requirements outlined in the EMS/QMS systems of GBS Europe

Elvárások:

• Ongoing studies and active Hungarian student status until 31 December 2027
• English and Hungarian knowledge on a high level both written and verbal
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Accuracy, attention to detail and a willingness to learn new systems and processes

Munkaidő:

• Be able to invest 20 working hours per week according to the agreed schedule
• Part-time position until 31/12/2027
