Resident Security Systems Engineer

A security engineering position is available at our Nyíregyháza site, involving the provision of comprehensive technical support, maintenance and development of the company’s security systems. The role involves hands-on, on-site engineering tasks: from the installation and commissioning of security systems, through software configuration, to troubleshooting and the day-to-day operation of the systems.

Feladatok

• Day-to-day operation and maintenance of the Genetec Security Center access control and CCTV surveillance system.

• Installation and wiring of security equipment (cameras, card readers, access control units).

• Set-up, configuration and commissioning of Axis CCTV cameras.

• Software configuration and programming of access control systems. Installation of electronic door controllers, locking mechanisms and card readers.

• Diagnosis and rectification of technical faults in security systems.

• Carrying out system updates, configuration changes and system integrations.

• Installing and checking low-voltage cabling and network connections.

• Carrying out on-site technical surveys and providing support for system expansions and upgrades.

• Preparing technical documentation, fault reports and service reports, and liaising with the technical centre.

Elvárások

• Experience in the installation and maintenance of corporate access control systems.

• Practical experience in setting up and configuring Axis cameras.

• Knowledge of low-voltage cabling, network equipment and IT-based systems.

• Confident command of English.

• Willingness to work on-site in Nyíregyháza.

• Willingness to travel within Europe during the induction period.
