Recruitment Manager

We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Manager to lead our talent acquisition function and play a key role in building the future of our organization. Feladatok

  • Design and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies aligned with both short- and long-term business objectives.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle—from workforce planning and job definition to onboarding and integration.
  • Act as a strategic partner to department heads and hiring managers, ensuring a deep understanding of team dynamics and hiring needs.
  • Lead and mentor the recruitment team, driving performance, professional growth, and operational excellence.
  • Source top talent using a variety of effective channels including job boards, professional networks, and social media platforms.
  • Oversee the creation and promotion of compelling job advertisements that reflect our employer brand.
  • Monitor key hiring metrics, providing regular reports and insights to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Represent the company at job fairs and employer branding events to enhance visibility and attract future talent.
  • Ensure an exceptional candidate experience through clear communication and a streamlined hiring process.
  • Manage recruitment tools and technology, and support ongoing optimization of systems and workflows.
  • Stay current with labor market trends, legal regulations, and industry best practices.
  • Collaborate with HR on onboarding, retention, and talent development initiatives.
  • Manage recruitment budgets and liaise with external vendors when needed.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and drive innovation within recruitment operations.

Elvárások

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus)
  • Minimum 4–5 years of recruitment experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership role
  • Proven track record in filling diverse positions across various functions and seniority levels
  • Fluent in both English and Hungarian (written and spoken)
  • Excellent leadership, team management, and coaching skills
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Hands-on experience with recruitment tools and systems (e.g., ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter)
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail
