On behalf of our Budapest-based client, we are currently looking for a german-speaking Recruiter to join their team.

• End-to-End Recruitment: Manage full-cycle recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, scheduling, and offer management.
• Talent Sourcing: Utilize various channels to identify, attract, and build talent pipelines for open and future positions.
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with hiring managers and HR teams to define profile needs and ensure efficient recruitment workflows.
• Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive, professional, and timely communication flow throughout the candidate journey.
• Administrative Tracking: Maintain accurate records and status updates within recruitment tracking systems.

Elvárások / Requirements

• Experience: 1–2 years of hands-on recruitment experience.

• Language Skills: Professional fluency in both German and English (written and spoken).

• Technical Skills: Familiarity with modern recruitment platforms, sourcing tools, and standard office software.

• Soft Skills: Strong communication capabilities, attention to detail, and a proactive, customer-focused approach.
