Quantitative Due Diligence Intern

Feladatok:

  • Support the application and automation of quantitative techniques used to assess investment managers across various asset classes
  • Assist with maintaining and updating data processes and analytical tools used in manager and portfolio analysis
  • Contribute to the preparation of data summaries and analysis that help inform internal discussions and recommendations, working alongside colleagues in BMR and the wider MASS team
  • Learn and apply established analytical approaches, suggesting small improvements where appropriate with guidance from senior team members
  • Help prepare materials and analysis used to communicate market and portfolio insights internally
  • Participate in research projects and frameworks that support scalable manager evaluation, primarily in a supporting and learning capacity
  • Maintain a deep understanding of investment strategies across Real Estate & Private Markets
  • Be current on the latest trends in capital markets and market inefficiencies that investment managers can capitalize on

Elvárások:

  • The position is open for applicants with active or passive student status for at least one more year
  • Ongoing studies in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative field
  • Fluency in written and spoken English is essential
  • Foundational knowledge of coding (preferably Python), statistics, and data handling (preferably Excel), with a willingness to continue developing technical skills
  • Demonstrated interest in investing/active management
  • Excellent analytical and organizational skills, with high attention to detail and a structured approach to problem solving
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the right level of confidence and assertiveness, to present and promote ideas to team members
  • Interest in exploring how AI and machine‑learning tools can be applied to quantitative analysis and investment research
  • Proactive, curious mindset with the ability to learn quickly and take on feedback in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented setting

Munkaidő:

  • Availability to work at least 25-30 hours per week
  • Starting date after a successfully completed background check
  • One-year internship with possible extension
