PTP Trainee - Process Control and Query

FrieslandCampina is one of the sixth largest dairy companies across the globe. They produce and sell products such as dairy-based beverages, infant nutrition, cheese and desserts.

Feladatok:

• Handling queries & trouble shooting issues - responsible for handling vendor and employee/business partner queries (mainly via ServiceNow)
• Providing accurate information to suppliers/business partners
• Follow-up – responsible for follow-up on pending items and reminders
• Resolve queries or escalate/route queries to the departments/teams for 2nd level handling
• Document and file management, as well as archiving activities
• Perform clearings in the system
• Participation in lower complexity projects, basic reporting activities
• Ad hoc support of Query & Process Control Specialist colleagues

Elvárások:

• The position is open for applicants with active or passive student status
• Finance background (studies or work experience) is an advantage
• Fluency in English (both oral & written) is a must
• User level knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word)
• Experience with invoice processing systems is an advantage
• Precision, ability to work under pressure and attention to details
• Strong work ethics and motivation
• Flexibility

Munkaidő:

• Availability to work at least 25-30 hours/week
