Project Manager

We’re hiring a hands-on Project Manager to run small–to–medium web projects (~20–30 contributors) for major international sports partners.

Work with dedicated dev teams to write crisp specs and keep client/dev/design in sync.

Feladatok

• Know the product and project inside out
• Align client, dev, and design needs, and turn roadblocks into action items
• Write specs and user stories, define acceptance criteria, keep the backlog tight and manage scope
• Use AI tools to speed up notes, summaries, draft specs, test checklists, and reports
• Continuously improve ways of working with measurable outcomes
• Report to leadership with clear status, resourcing and timelines
• Plan and track sprints in Easy Redmine with task/time logging and cost tracking; the setup is largely preconfigured (e.g. invoicing prep templates)

Elvárások

• 3–5+ years managing web/software projects
• Passion for sport — ideally you actively participate (team or individual) or closely follow sports
• Strong organization, prioritization, and clear written/spoken Hungarian and English skills
• Deeper experience with Easy Redmine / Jira / Asana
• Comfort with APIs, SQL, DevTools, and our stack (Laravel, Git, Vue.js) at a basic level—or a strong willingness to learn
