Description:

• Lead and manage a team of 5-10 employees, ensuring effective collaboration and high performance,
• Foster employee engagement and commitment, promoting a positive and productive work environment,
• Oversee and take responsibility for investment decisions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and growth strategies,
• Ensure the achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs), driving operational excellence and continuous improvement,
• Actively participate in management meetings, contributing to strategic decision-making and business development.

Requirements:

• Higher education in engineering,
• A few years of managerial experience,
• Several years of experience in a manufacturing environment,
• Proficient English language skills,
• Advantageous: LEAN and/or Kaizen experience and knowledge.
