Process Optimizer

Our partner, who is a leading European producer of chemical products is currently seeking a new colleague to join their team in Borsod county in the role of Process Optimizer.
Responsibilities:

• Support the team leader in developing standardized document control processes that align with the company’s organizational structure and policy framework.
• Consolidate internal policies and procedures, identify potential risk control points, and evaluate the effectiveness and appropriateness of existing controls within the broader management context.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to evaluate process efficiency, identifying redundancies and inefficiencies at various operational stages.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing overall operational effectiveness.
• Lead the revision and updating of policies and procedures in response to evolving business needs and management directives.
• Oversee the implementation of policies and processes, ensuring alignment with internal audits and compliance activities.
• Collect feedback and suggestions from leadership, departments, and employees regarding process improvements, and provide timely follow-up after internal discussions.

You are the successful candidate, if you have:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in process optimization, preferably within a multinational environment
• Fluent in both
  Hungarian and English
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
• Proven coordination and collaboration skills across departments
• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a hands-on approach
