What tasks await you?

• Lead on-site process problem-solving activities and drive production efficiency improvements;
• Take ownership of FTY & YU (First Time Yield & Yield Utility) performance;
• Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure team targets and operational goals are achieved;
• Manage new line/project transfers and new equipment qualification processes;
• Create, distribute and maintain standard documentation (Control Plan, SOP, Engineering Notice Waiver, Work Instructions, Process Flow Charts);
• Maintain and update PE-related systems, including PLM, MES and SAP, on the production line.

You are the perfect candidate if you:

• Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field;
• Have at least 1 year of experience in process engineering or a similar technical role;
• Communicate fluently in both English and Hungarian;
• Possess strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills;
• Work effectively in cross-functional teams and coordinate well with different departments;
• Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

It’s an advantage if you have the following:

• Practical experience with PLM, MES and SAP systems;
• Hands-on experience in a production or manufacturing environment;
• Experience in process optimization or continuous improvement projects.
