Power Platform Engineer

Join our multinational partner’s Center of Excellence (CoE) Platform Team and become part of a forward‑thinking organization that is shaping enterprise‑level digital transformation through Microsoft’s low‑code technologies. 
The team plays a pivotal role in designing, developing, governing, and operating Power Platform solutions that empower business users and drive operational excellence across the company.
 We are looking for a hands‑on Power Platform Engineer with strong technical expertise, solid governance knowledge, and the ability to translate business needs into scalable, secure, and high‑quality digital solutions. 
This role combines solution development with platform stewardship, ensuring safe and sustainable adoption across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Build Power Apps (Canvas & Model‑Driven) and Power Automate flows 
  • Integrate solutions with Microsoft 365, Azure, Dataverse, and external systems 
  • Improve and troubleshoot existing Power Platform applications 
  • Maintain documentation for data models, workflows, and configurations 
  • Support platform governance, DLP policies, security roles, and environmental strategy 
  • Coach and guide makers; perform solution reviews 
  • Conduct architecture reviews to ensure alignment with enterprise standards 
  • Oversee platform operations: monitoring, analytics, audits, and solution inventory 
  • Handle ALM processes and deployment pipelines 
  • Collaborate with IT Security and business teams on safe and scalable platform adoption 
  • Provide guidance and support for platform‑related questions



Required Technical Skills

  • Minimum 4–5 years of experience in Power Platform (administration, governance, development, integration)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT or related field
  • Strong knowledge of Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and platform architecture
  • Experience with governance frameworks, DLP policies, ALM and deployment pipelines
  • Ability to analyze and optimize platform performance, capacity, and licensing
  • Integration experience with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, SQL, Entra ID, or REST APIs
  • Ability to review solutions for quality, security, and performance
  • Nice to have experience with Copilot Studio, C# or JavaScript and additional low‑code technologies.
