Feladatok

• Handle inquiries from customers and partners, providing product and service information

• Solve technical problems, collaborating with Level 2 specialists for complex cases

• Manage customer data in compliance with data privacy regulations, ensuring a high standard of service

• Perform effective follow-up to ensure timely resolution of issues and customer satisfaction

• Collaborate continuously with the team, customers, and partners

Elvárások

• C1 level Portuguese and at least B2 level confident English language skills

• Native level Hungarian knowledge

• At least a high school diploma (college/university degree preferred)

• Customer-oriented with excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Effective follow-up and problem-solving skills

• Confident knowledge of MS Office suite
