Our partner, a leading global company’s service center in Hungary, is looking for a Polish-speaking Senior Credit Collection Analyst to join their dynamic finance team. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of collections processes while coordinating a small team and interacting with stakeholders.
Description:
- Monitor and manage open and overdue customer balances.
- Allocate incoming payments and handle discrepancies, deductions, and returned funds.
- Coordinate daily credit control activities and support team members.
- Prepare reports and documentation for monthly, quarterly, and year-end close.
- Support projects, system implementations, and ad hoc activities as required
Requirements:
- Fluency in Polish AND English,
- 2+ years of experience in credit control or cash collection,
- Strong analytical skills with ability to handle complex situations,
- Ability to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
