Our partner is looking for a Polish speaking Customer Service Representative. In this position you will handle customer inquiries, while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Feladatok

• Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat.

• Assist with product setup, configuration, and troubleshooting.

• Ensure customer satisfaction by tracking and resolving issues.

• Collaborate with various departments to solve complex technical problems.

• Educate customers on product usage and benefits.

Elvárások

• B2-C1 level Polish and at least B2 level English knowledge

• Finished High school education

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
