Managing and overseeing international payroll processes, including manual reviews and troubleshooting

Supervising, mentoring, and developing the payroll team

Ensuring compliance with payroll tax obligations, and managing notifications, audits, and adjustments

Maintaining accurate payroll and employee tax records, including for expatriates and foreign nationals
-
Managing external payroll/tax service providers and collaborating with internal stakeholders
-
Promoting continuous process improvement and escalating complex issues as needed
Elvárások
-
Bachelor’s degree in finance field
-
Strong international payroll knowledge with 5–7 years’ experience
-
People leadership skills, at least 5 years
-
Fluency in English (required) and Hungarian (strongly preferred)

Advanced knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office; knowledge of ERP systems
-
High attention to detail, analytical thinking, and ability to create/maintain payroll controls

Excellent communication, customer service, and problem solving skills
-
Proven leadership abilities with strong organizational and time management skills
