Payroll Team Leader

Join our multinational partner's team and ensure that payroll processes run smoothly.

Feladatok

  • Managing and overseeing international payroll processes, including manual reviews and troubleshooting

  • Supervising, mentoring, and developing the payroll team

  • Ensuring compliance with payroll tax obligations, and managing notifications, audits, and adjustments

  • Maintaining accurate payroll and employee tax records, including for expatriates and foreign nationals

  • Managing external payroll/tax service providers and collaborating with internal stakeholders

  • Promoting continuous process improvement and escalating complex issues as needed

Elvárások

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance field

  • Strong international payroll knowledge with 5–7 years’ experience

  • People leadership skills, at least 5 years

  • Fluency in English (required) and Hungarian (strongly preferred)

  • Advanced knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office; knowledge of ERP systems

  • High attention to detail, analytical thinking, and ability to create/maintain payroll controls

  • Excellent communication, customer service, and problem solving skills

  • Proven leadership abilities with strong organizational and time management skills
