We are looking for a Payroll Associate to join our Team; which is located in Kaposvár, Hungary. 

About the job: 

• Comprehensive payroll processing
• Full management of social security payment tasks, payroll processing
• Other payroll-related data services, preparing monthly returns for authorities, creating reports, statistics, and reports for controlling and accounting
• SZOCHO reconciliation, keeping track of benefits
• Onboarding and offboarding employees, recording their data in the SAP program
• Registering and deregistering employees with the tax authority (NAV)
• Communicating with employees, providing information related to their job while protecting personal data
• Keeping track of working hours, vacations, and absences
• Issuing employer and other certificates
• Full management of optional fringe benefits, communicating with service providers, ordering and loading cards
• Preparing, fulfilling, and keeping track of salary advance requests (eligibility check)
• Calculating bonuses and jubilee rewards according to the corporate bonus system
• Keeping track of deductions and garnishments from wages
• Proper handling and archiving of labor and payroll documents
• Reimbursing travel expenses related to commuting
• Communicating with labor leasing companies, assisting in the monthly settlement of leased employees, checking performance certificates, and preparing them for approval

What we need from you: 

• Confident English skills
• University or college degree
• Minimum 2-3 years of payroll experience
• Knowledge of the SAP system is a huge advantage
• Ability to handle stress
• Problem-solving skills
• Independent and responsible work ethic
• Background in recruitment and other HR admin tasks is an advantage
• Experience in a manufacturing/production company is an advantage
