Operative Purchasing Team Lead

Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operative Purchasing Team Lead to join our team in Kecskemét. The successful candidate will oversee a team of 4 Project Buyers and 3 Operational Buyers, ensuring efficient and effective procurement processes.
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the purchasing team to achieve departmental goals.
• Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize cost, quality, and delivery.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate procurement of materials.
• Monitor supplier performance and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers.
• Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for cost savings.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a purchasing or procurement role, with at least 2 years in a leadership position.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of German is a plus. Hungarian is required also fluently.
