Your new role
In this operational procurement role, you will:
- Source and onboard new suppliers, primarily in metalworking
- Conduct RFQs, negotiate contracts, and manage supplier relationships
- Organize import/export shipments and coordinate customs clearance
- Handle invoices and resolve supply chain issues
- Support inbound and outbound logistics
- Collaborate with international teams and contribute to ongoing supply chain projects
What you'll need to succeed
- At least 3 years of procurement experience in a production or assembly environment
- Logistics experience, including shipment coordination and customs processes
- Strong ERP and Microsoft Excel skills
- Fluent English and Hungarian
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Technical understanding of metalworking and blueprint reading is a plus
- Agile mindset and proactive attitude
