Description
• Participation in the OTC operation (openstack based cloud technology)
• Participation in our maintenance squad
• Ticket administration in our ticketing tool (Jira, SNOW), and work on issues
• Change implementation on our platform
• Cooperation within our international team
• Close contact with partners
• Working in agile setup
Qualifications
• Good communication skill
• Good Microsoft Excel knowledge
• Good organisational qualities
• Systematic thinking
• Advanced english communication in written and spoken
• Precis task handling, documentation of work
• Good soft skills
• Full -time active student (under age of 25 can be also passive)
• Commitment of at least 120 hours of work per month
Additional Information
It is an advantage if you have IT technical knowledge (Linux, Openstack, Network etc.)
