Our dynamic and growing partner company is looking for candidates for Norwegian-speaking Customer Service Representative position with hybrid working in Budapest. They are launching a new project and building up a brand-new team for which you might be the perfect candidate!
Responsibilities:Be in contact with vendors and customers via chat and emailSolve the incoming questions and requests of customersCooperate with customers, vendors and internal teamsContribute to maintaining and increasing the customer satisfaction level
Requirements:Fluency in Norwegian and intermediate English knowledgeCustomer service experience is an advantageCustomer-centered mindset and excellent communication skills
