Night Receptionist

Located in the heart of the city center, the Corinthia Budapest hotel, which offers international premium services, is looking for an ambitious, committed, and motivated night receptionist.

Tasks & Involvements:

• Checking guests in, taking payments, checking guests out, performing all reception duties
• Providing professional service to guests
• Knowledge of hotel services, providing accurate information to guests
• Excellent knowledge of the hotel, providing directions to guests
• Facilitating smooth shift changes (reporting, handing over daily tasks, etc.)

The Ideal Candidate:

• Relevant professional experience, preferably in a 4–5-star environment
• At least a high school diploma
• Confident English language skills, other languages are an advantage.
• Digital skills, knowledge of Opera/Hostware hotel systems
• High level of customer service and problem-solving skills
• Professional self-presentation and corporate representation
• Compatibility with long-term night work
