Our partner company is a leading international food manufacturer with a strong presence in the global market. The company provides high-quality products to customers worldwide and is continuously growing its market presence.We are currently looking for a National Key Account Manager to join their team, responsible for developing sales channels, strengthening partner relationships, and driving market growth.
Tasks:
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key Traditional Trade partners, including national customers such as CBA and Coop, as well as local store networks
- Understand and meet the needs and requirements of the customers.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs.
- Identify and grow opportunities within assigned accounts.
- Monitor market trends, competitive activities, and industry developments to adjust strategies accordingly.
- Provide timely and accurate reporting on key account performance, sales forecasts, and market insights.
Requirements
- 3+ years of successful experience in sales, FMCG background required
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Experience in developing business cases and sales forecasting
- Strong negotiation, influencing skills, customer focused approach
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proactive and self-motivated, result driven approach.
- Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Industry knowledge and understanding of market dynamics
- Good English is a must (for reporting to head office)
