We are looking for a Medical Technical Support Specialist for one of our international partners. Description:

  • Provide professional support to customers via phone and email regarding technical inquiries
  • Investigate and resolve product- and application-related issues while ensuring accurate documentation
  • Cooperate with internal technical and commercial teams to deliver effective solutions
  • Handle multiple customer requests simultaneously while maintaining a high level of service quality
  • Follow internal processes and quality standards throughout case management

Requirements:

  • MSc degree in Life Sciences, Biomedical Sciences, Biology, Medicine, Pharmacy, or a related discipline
  • Previous experience in a laboratory, healthcare, medical technology, or other technical customer-facing environment
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a customer-oriented mindset
