Our partner is an international company with a stable background, associated with many well-known brands that we encounter every day. We are looking for a dynamic and motivated applicant to join their marketing team as a Marketing Assistant.

• Processing and analyzing data
• Preparing reports (ad-hoc and regular) in cooperation with sales and marketing teams
• Maintaining product data records
• Preparing visuals based on sales guidance
• Supporting internal and external communication (agencies, legal, brand teams,  suppliers and customers) 
• Supporting the work of local marketing team on executing shopper programs; getting inputs from internally, externally
• Visual developments, preparing terms & conditions based on templates, briefing agencies, executing social marketing campaigns, adapting point of sales materials (POSM),
• Lead production of POSM materials and logistics to secure them for execution
• Detailed budget management tracking

Elvárások / Requirements

• Excellent command of English and Hungarian (both written and oral communication)
• Knowledge of Czech or Slovak is an advantage!
• Intermediate Excel skills, including pivot tables, basic formulas, and charting
• Strong attention to detail
• Proactive problem-solving skills and a strong "can-do" attitude
• Openness to learning and applying new technical tools and marketing program executions
• Ability to work effectively both in a team and independently
• Proven ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities
